BookMyMUA.com is a platform that connects makeup artists (MUAs) with customers. MUAs can create profiles to showcase their work, and customers can browse, compare, and book services directly with MUAs.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
  
• Agree to comply with all local laws and regulations.
  

3. User Accounts

• MUAs must register an account to list services.
  
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
  

4. Listings & Bookings

• MUAs are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile, pricing, availability, and service delivery.
  
• BookMyMUA does not guarantee the quality of services provided by MUAs.
  
• Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with MUAs before booking.
  

5. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Basic profile listing.
  
• Premium Plan: Featured listing and additional visibility benefits.
  
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  
• We may change pricing or plan features with prior notice.
  

6. Payments

• Payments (if applicable) for subscriptions are handled securely through our payment partners.
  
• We are not responsible for any issues related to third-party payment gateways.
  

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content submitted by users (images, bios, etc.) must be owned by them or used with proper rights.
  
• BookMyMUA may use submitted content for promotional purposes, with credit to the original owner.
  

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information.
  
• Harass or abuse other users.
  
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  

9. Disclaimer

BookMyMUA is a listing and booking platform. We are not involved in service fulfillment and are not liable for any disputes between MUAs and customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMyMUA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for violating these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Client Privacy & Content Responsibility

• Makeup artists are responsible for obtaining explicit permission from their clients before uploading or sharing any photos or videos that reveal the client’s identity or likeness.
  
• Client privacy must be respected at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup trial photos, wedding/event pictures, or transformation images.
  
• BookMyMUA shall not be held responsible for any privacy violations or disputes that arise due to content uploaded by makeup artists.
  
• If a client reports unauthorized use of their images, BookMyMUA reserves the right to remove the content and take appropriate action against the artist’s account.
